Introduction to grid performance

      Grid frame, also known as grid frame, titration frame, synthesis rack, organic synthesis rack, is used for fixed fixtures in laboratory experiments. During the experiment, there were test tubes, beakers, flasks, distillation tubes, etc. that needed to be fixed, and in the past, multiple iron frames were used together, which was very inconvenient. Now the grid is adopted, it can clamp the appliance in different positions up and down, left and right, and if the position is not suitable, the position between the grid rod and the rod can also be adjusted.

      The grid is generally used in the fume hood, the desktop exhaust hood and the laboratory bench. There are also three-dimensional grids that are individually assembled as shown in the figure below.

Grid material description

      The grid is made of galvanized steel rods, stainless steel rods or stainless steel pipes with a wall thickness of more than 1.0mm with a diameter of 10-12mm, and the grid buckle is assembled. It can be built into two structures: flat or three-dimensional. It can easily increase or decrease the distance between the steel rod and the moving rod, and can be removed when not in use and reinstalled when needed.
