The double-layer glass reactor is a vertical double-layer structure, both layers are made of high borosilicate glass, the reaction materials can be stirred into the kettle, and different heat exchange media can be circulated in the jacket to achieve the effect of heating or cooling the materials in the kettle. Under the condition of setting constant temperature, in the closed glass reactor, the stirring reaction can be carried out under normal pressure or negative pressure according to the requirements of use, and the reflux and distillation of the reaction solution can be carried out. After the reaction is completed, the material can be released from the discharge port at the bottom of the kettle, which is extremely convenient to operate. Double-layer glass reactor is a commonly used biochemical instrument, widely used by modern fine chemicals, biopharmaceuticals, scientific research experiments and other industries, can be used under constant speed, constant force, constant temperature conditions to do concentration, distillation, fractionation, separation, purification reaction, is the ideal instrument and equipment for teaching, experiment, pilot test, production.
Different heat exchange media are circulated in the jacket of the double-layer glass reactor according to the needs of the process: high-temperature heat transfer oil (up to 300°C) can be circulated to heat up the materials in the kettle and carry out the reaction; It can also circulate low-temperature refrigerant (up to -80°C) to take away the heat generated by the exothermic reaction of the materials in the kettle to achieve the expected reaction state. The glass reactor can work under normal pressure or negative pressure conditions, and the pressure range in the kettle is: -0.1~0MPa. The working pressure range in the jacket of the glass reactor is: ≤0.03MPa. The PTFE discharge bottom valve without dead angle not only ensures that there is no dead angle in the reactor, but also ensures that the sealing is tight and does not drip, and it can also realize the complete discharge without residue. The nominal volume of double-glazed reactor is 10L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L five specifications (as well as small test).

2. A full set of glass instruments is produced with GG17 borosilicate glass, which has good chemical and physical properties.
3. Hot oil is introduced into the glass jacket after circulation, which can be used for heating reaction, and refrigerant can be used for low-temperature reaction. In the reaction at room temperature, the glass jacket can be quickly carried away by the tap water circulation to maintain a constant temperature.
4. Sealed with PTFE material and special composite sealing ring, it can resist various solvents and maintain a high vacuum degree, which is very convenient to use.
5. The lower discharge port adopts PTFE valve, there is no dead angle in the container, and it is detachable to facilitate the discharge of solid materials.
6. Six-port reactor cover, extra-large mouth design is easy to clean, and the standard mouth socket can be selected to assemble dropping, reflux, distillation and other devices.
7. It has a good stirring sealing system, which is not only corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, but also can achieve the sealing in the kettle.
8. Standardized connection method, very convenient to disassemble. The standard socket of the reactor lid is the ball mill contact surface, which not only reduces the vibration of the glass fittings, but also ensures the safety and flexibility of the glass fittings joints.
9. Equipped with glass temperature measuring tube, digital temperature indicator can be selected, which not only ensures real-time feedback of temperature, but also ensures the sealing in the kettle, isolates the contact between the thermometer probe and the material in the kettle, and avoids the contamination of the material in the kettle.

Installation and commissioning:
1. After unpacking, check whether the main accessories of the machine are complete according to the packing list.
2. Assemble the frame with stainless steel pipes and fixings as shown in the attached drawings.
3. Install the electrical box at the top of the right rear pole and tighten the screws, and plug in the seven-pin plug. The vacuum gauge is installed at the left rear end, and the screws can be tightened.
4. According to the use height, fix the circular bracket of the kettle on the vertical rod slider, put the kettle on the bracket, and the semicircular hoop is used to fix the neck of the kettle, insert the vertical rod slider respectively, tighten the fixing screw after closing, and pay attention to the vertical center of the main body of the reactor during installation.
5. The stirring shaft is fixed on the toothed ring chuck of the motor spindle, the stirring shaft passes through the middle of the kettle cover and rotates the bearing, tightens the special connector, and then adjusts the position of the motor, paying attention to ensuring verticality and concentricity.
6. The slider on the vertical rod is a stainless steel multi-purpose clamp that is fixed and adjusted in different directions and heights.
7. The 40# standard port on the left side of the kettle cover is inserted into the snake-type reflux condenser, the 40# standard port on the right is connected to the constant pressure funnel at the feeding port, the 24# standard port in the front is the thermometer casing mouth, and the 34# standard port at the rear is the multi-functional backup port, and the bottom is equipped with a discharge valve, and the upper and lower parts of the kettle are the inlet and outlet of the circulating liquid. The lower mouth is connected to the inlet of circulating liquid, and the upper port is connected to the return port of circulating liquid.
8. When installing the glass instrument, it must be cleaned, and the ports should be smeared with petroleum jelly to prevent the glass from locking, and then applied vacuum grease to prevent air leakage.
9. Press the universal wheel fixture to carry out the mixing test machine with water instead of material, if the stirring starts, the overall stability and no obvious shaking are complete, indicating that the installation and commissioning are completed.
How to Use:
1. Check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the specifications required on the nameplate of the machine.
2. Plug in the power plug, turn on the power switch on the inverter, and use the speed control knob to select the appropriate speed.
3. The flow of materials and the power of the motor speed may resonate at a certain point, please change the speed of the motor to avoid resonance.
4. After the stirring rod is installed, you must rotate it by hand, pay attention to whether the concentricity is good, as if the concentricity is not good, you should loosen the heavy clamp, and then turn on the power after the clamp is straightened, and gradually adjust it from slow to fast.
5. Using the stirring shaft adjuster, the stirring blade can be moved up and down 5cm as needed.
6. If you find that the sealing performance of the kettle is reduced, please check the rotating bearing in the stirrer sleeve.
7. All glass instruments are made of high borosilicate glass, such as self-prepared reaction bottles and other glass instruments, please confirm the quasi-glass material to ensure safe use.
8. The laminated external circulation port on the glass kettle can be heated by high-temperature heat transfer oil, and low-temperature refrigeration liquid can be used for low-temperature reaction.
9. When the test is carried out at low temperature, the discharge valve at the bottom will be frosted, and the valve must be partially thawed first to prevent the glass from being broken.
10. In use, if there are particulate objects in the solution, there may be residues on the PTFE piston of the valve when discharging, and the air tightness will be affected when used again. Be sure to disassemble and clean it after each discharge, and then assemble it for reuse.
Maintenance Instructions:
1. Carefully check the instrument before use, whether the glass bottle is damaged, whether the interfaces are consistent, and pay attention to handling gently.
2. Wipe each interface with a soft cloth (can be replaced by a napkin), and then apply a little vacuum grease. (The vacuum grease must be covered after use to prevent the gray sand from entering).
3. The interface should not be tightened too tightly, and the network should be loosened regularly to avoid long-term locking and causing the connector to bite.
4. Turn on the power switch first, then let the machine run from slow to fast, and make the machine stop when stopping, and then turn off the switch.
5. The PTFE switch everywhere can not be tightened too hard, and it is easy to damage the glass.
6. After each use, you must use a soft cloth to wipe off all kinds of foreign substances such as oil stains, stains, solvent residues and other foreign substances left on the surface of the machine to keep it clean.
7. After the shutdown, loosen the PTFE switch, and the PTFE piston will be deformed if it is stationary for a long time.
8. Clean the sealing ring regularly, the method is: remove the sealing ring, check whether there is dirt on the shaft, wipe it with a soft cloth, then apply a little vacuum grease, and reinstall it to keep the shaft and the sealing ring slippery.
9. Keep the electrical part dry, no water, and it is strictly forbidden to get wet.
10. When doing any repair or inspection of the machine, be sure to cut off the power supply, heat exchange medium, etc. first.
11. The glass reactor is a fragile item, and when it is used, it must be handled with care, and the use pressure must be strictly controlled to ensure the safety of use.
