Five points of maintenance

1. Do not rotate in an environment with a temperature of more than 135 degrees Celsius for a long time.

2. Do not use sharp and sharp hard objects to scratch the countertop.

3. Do not expose the test bench to open flames, molten metal, metal sparks or direct sunlight for a long time, nor can it be used as a cutting surface.

4. It is recommended to use warm water, acetone or mild detergent to clean the countertop, and you can choose a detergent for washing hands or dishes, and do not choose a detergent containing abrasives and strong acids to avoid damaging the surface. For stubborn stains, hypochlorous acid can be dropped on the surface of the contaminated corrosion-resistant physical and chemical board and washed with clean water.

5. The flame of the gas lamp or alcohol lamp will damage the countertop, so the alcohol lamp or gas lamp must be placed on the tripod frame for use.

Maintain the Eight Elements

1. Open windows regularly to ensure air quality and staff safety;

It is best to wipe the benchtop of the laboratory bench with warm water, and secondly, you can choose to use endoketone or mild detergent to wipe the laboratory table, use hand sanitizer or dish soap to wipe the laboratory table, and do not choose detergents containing abrasives and strong acids to avoid damaging the surface;

3. For stubborn stains, hypochlorous acid can be dropped on the surface of the polluted corrosion-resistant physical and chemical board and then washed with water;

4. Do not stay in the environment with a temperature of more than 135°C for a long time;

5. The flame of the alcohol lamp will damage the benchtop of the laboratory table, so it should be used on a tripod;

6. Do not expose to the sun, so as not to affect its appearance or molten metal;

7. The maintenance of the test bench needs to be considered from different aspects, first of all, the cleaning and maintenance, because the test bench is often exposed to various harmful substances, these substances will produce strong corrosiveness to the countertop, in order to avoid the damage to the countertop, we had better avoid these harmful substances dripping into the countertop during the experimental process. If these corrosive substances come into contact with the countertop, we need to clean it immediately. When cleaning, try to use professional culture cleaning agents to avoid these harmful substances staying in the countertop for a long time.

8. The second is the various instruments in the experimental table, no matter what instruments and experimental tools we use in the experiment, they must be cleaned and classified immediately after use, especially some fragile tools and substances, which should be stored separately. In addition, some experimental reagents after use should also be reasonably placed and cleaned, so as to correctly use and maintain the laboratory bench equipment.
