Product Overview

1. Universal suction hood (PP material)

Material characteristics: polypropylene (PP) material, acid and alkali resistance, anti-corrosion, lightweight design.

Features: It can rotate 360° freely, covering gas capture within a radius of 1.5 meters, and is suitable for experimental scenarios such as test benches and operating benches.

Applicable scenario: rapid extraction of low-concentration harmful gases such as volatile gases, acid and alkali vapors.

Installation and use instructions

1. Installation requirements

It is fixed to the edge of the laboratory by means of a stand or cantilever to ensure that there is no obstacle within the rotation range.

The flexible ventilation duct is linked, and the bending radius of the duct is ≥ 30cm to avoid damage affecting the air volume.

Leak testing is required after installation to prevent gas leakage.

2. Operational specifications

Before starting, check whether the connection between the suction hood and the pipeline is firm, whether the fan is running normally, and manually adjust the angle of the hood to ensure that the gas escape source is aligned; Reset to a vertical state after use to avoid long-term deformation under stress

Maintenance and maintenance

1. Daily maintenance

Cleaning Requirements:

Wipe down surfaces weekly with a mild detergent and prohibit organic solvents or hard brushes.

Check items:

Universal Joint Flexibility: Food-grade silicone grease lubrication is added quarterly to prevent jamming.

2. Regular maintenance

Component replacement cycle: PP joint parts: 3-5 years (depending on the frequency of use)

Safety warning

Universal cover: It is forbidden to use it in an environment of more than 60°C to avoid the softening and deformation of PP material.

If you notice a decrease in pumping efficiency or odor leakage, turn off the appliance immediately and contact a technician.

When the pipe is damaged, give priority to cutting off the power supply of the fan, and wear protective equipment before repairing.
